Pastor Jared
Meet Pastor Jared and his family . . .
Pastor Jared and Alise, along with their three children—Audrina, Cohen, and Silas—have been worshiping and ministering at Georgetown Grace Church since the spring of 2014. Pastor Jared was officially installed as our pastor on May 10, 2015.
Pastor Jared graduated from Grace Bible College in 2013 with a B.S. in Biblical Studies. He is ordained for ministry by the Grace Gospel Fellowship (GGF) and enjoys being a part of the Commissioning, Licensing, and Ordination process for future GGF pastors.
Alise is a graduate of Cornerstone University with a degree in Business Management. She owns her own photography business through which she enjoys capturing precious moments and memories in the various stages of peoples' lives. She also works at a restaurant in their hometown of Muskegon, which helps support their family and the ministry of Georgetown Grace Church.
Pastor Jared enjoys biblical studies and theology, reading, tabletop board games, and most of all, spending time with his family.
Alise loves photography, the beach, shopping, and most of all, spending every possible moment with her kids.
Pastor Jared believes in the importance of equipping those at Georgetown Grace Church to be ministers of the Gospel and ambassadors of Christ to those whom God has uniquely called us to reach. He strongly emphasizes the importance of “[taking] hold of the eternal life to which [we] were called” (1 Timothy 6:12, English Standard Version).
He is passionate about small church ministry, traditional worship, and the expository preaching of the Word.
